What exactly is a credit?
AI clipping costs 10 credits per processed minute, with a 10-credit minimum. The examples on each paid plan use 5-second 360p video at 45 credits and 1K Nano Banana images at 10 credits each. Counts are rounded down to complete outputs and assume the full allowance is spent on one generation type without reference media. Generation is not available on Free.
Do unused credits roll over?
At normal renewal, subscription credits reset to your plan allowance. When you increase Pro packs mid-cycle, unused subscription credits roll into the new cycle up to your current monthly allowance.
Can I change plans or Pro packs?
Yes. Increasing Pro packs starts a new full-price billing cycle immediately. Pack decreases take effect at your next renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Manage Subscription in Billing. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
What exactly are Pro packs, and how are they billed?
Pro packs are recurring 3,000-credit increments available on the Pro plan. Choose 1–5 packs; each adds 3,000 credits to your monthly allowance and your selected quantity is billed monthly. Increasing packs starts a new full-price billing cycle immediately, while decreases take effect at your next renewal.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Cancel from Manage Subscription in Billing before your next renewal to avoid another charge; access continues through the current billing period.
Are purchases or unused credits refundable?
Generally, no. Purchases, subscriptions, credits, and unused allowances are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
